The following should all form part of a professional and comprehensive maintenance check of your air conditioning system
1.Thermostat check.
The HVAC technician should ensure that the thermostat is installed correctly and that it has been positioned in such a way that it is not too close to any heat source
2.Secured Connections
All electrical connections must be tightened to guard against any electrical shortcomings. This in turn will lead to an improved life span for your HVAC system
All the moving parts within the system must be lubricated. If this does not happen it can lead to malfunctions
Your system controls should be checked to ensure they are starting and closing off correctly
It is important to clean your air filter and to change it. Your system will need clean air.
